India Inspired Architecture.

In 5th grade we discussed architecture (what it is, why it's important) and also looked at a specific type of architecture: domes.  In India domes are a common architectural element, especially in religious buildings.  Using fruit cups, toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls, plaster mesh, and acrylic paint, students got into groups of three and created their own India-inspired masterpieces!
